2010
Tiger Streak
(Ride-In) Information

(Published to date) as of 31 Jan 2010
Additional events will be added here when announced.

Tiger Ride-InsIn 2003, the first Tiger Ride-In was organized by event founder Jerry Moffit. The events are organized and operated by volunteers and provide a relaxed, on-your-own, "simple is good" experience... by Triumph Tiger owners, for Triumph Tiger owners (and their guests). All late models of Triumph Tiger motorcycles (Steamers, Girlies, Fuelies, Roadies) are welcome to attend. The real fun of the Tiger Ride-Ins is not just the destination, but also the "to & fro." In one sense, each Ride-In is just a fun rest stop and turn-around point.

Stay tuned as additional 2010 events are announced.
A new event name... so what's a "Streak?"
"A group of tigers.
Though the tiger is a solitary animal, where a number of these cats occur together the correct name for the group is a 'streak' or an 'ambush' of tigers. Tiger groups normally only occur in captivity where restrictions in space and money force captive facilities to place tigers in unnatural social groups.  In the wild, a tigress with cubs would also qualify as a streak or an ambush."

2010 WESTERN USA TIGER STREAK (Formerly known as a Tiger Ride-In)
Detailed flyer from "jkuehnelbishop" available HERE (PDF updated 31 Jan 2010, 106 KB),

DATE: Fri-Sun., 10-12 Sept 2010  (the weekend following Labor Day)
LOCATION: Randle, WA 98377
Cowlitz Falls Campground (also known as the Leonard "Bud" Allen Campground ) is 5 minutes from Randle WA; several very nice rides can start from there. Plan on 3 half day rides. Longer rides are a possibility if enough folks are interested or you come early and/or stay late, email me. It's a possibility that I'll show a day or two early. If anyone wants to arrive early we can ride additional route or two, just let me know in advance. I have made the deposits for two adjacent group tenting sites with a combined capacity of 10 tents. I will reserve more sites when all ten are pre-paid at $10 per night. You are welcome to reserve your own individual or group sites.
