Before you leave home... |
- As soon as you decide you're attending, please
email
Ed Dreikorn III that you (and
your named guests) will be attending and where you'll be staying. This info
will be helpful in planning the event. (Ed is camping at Stony Fork
Campground; Woody, Rich & Jerry are staying at the Canyon Motel; Bob is
staying at the Sherwood Motel.)
- Print out this schedule and bring it along
(with your maps and / or GPS units).
- See you in Wellsboro! Ride safe. |

- Arrive and get settled into your motel or
campsite, then explore the area.
● 5:30 PM: All Tigers meet beside "The Green"
(the park opposite the Tioga County Courthouse, 118 Main Street) to decide on available
supper sites, then go wherever you'd like (on your own).
● 6:45 PM: All Tigers meet beside The Green
for a short evening loop ride to
Colton Point State Park
(the west rim of PA Grand Canyon) for group photos and an informal
presentation ceremony.

At Colton Point State Park, we'll all meet at
7:30PM at the farthest overlook (near Pavilion # 5).

Ride-In friends.
● 9:00 PM: Deadline to purchase tickets
@ $10 for the
catered picnic at Lake Nessmuk Pavilions (Rt. 287 South of Wellsboro) for
Saturday at 7:00 PM. Please see Rich Button before 9PM Thursday
to get your ticket, since we must commit
a final count to the caterer at that time. The picnic on Saturday will be held
rain or shine; no refunds can be provided. The Picnic-style Menu will include hotdogs,
hamburgers, salads, soda, water, etc.

● 8:30AM: Meet beside The Green to split
into groups for the days rides; depart starting at 8:45AM. Lunch on the
road. Back about 3PM.

TIOGA CENTRAL
RAILROAD LOOP", both west of Wellsboro along
US Route 6. C/o Bob Wheeler & Woody. Entrance fees on your own.
Lunch on the road. At Tioga Central RR, the trains depart at 11AM & 1PM.
Back
to Wellsboro about 3 or 4PM.

SATURDAY OPTION

about 1 mile south of town on Route 287,

catered
Picnic Supper (hotdogs, hamburgers, salads, sodas) by Harland's Family
Restaurant. Meal serving starts at 7PM.
NOTE: So the caterer will have
enough food, it is necessary for each person to purchase a $10 ticket by 9PM
on Thursday evening - please see Rich Button. No ticket, no food. Sorry, no
refunds. |

Participation in any group ride or event is not required...
"Simple is good."
Since the group will be staying at different
sites, all rides will depart from beside "The Green" - which is a one-block sized
park in the middle of town, directly opposite the Tioga County Courthouse,
118 Main Street.
Please arrive for each ride fully-fueled and ready to ride.
